IILM Undergraduate College was set up to impart quality education in the field of management and to groom young people with knowledge and skills that would help them make meaningful contributions to commerce and society. IILM proposes to become a Centre of Excellence in various areas of learning and to bring about fundamental changes in the way education is imparted.
The programme structure and teaching methodology at IILM Undergraduate College is on the similar pattern as that of University of Bradford.
Bradford provides IILM Undergraduate College with their curriculum, syllabi, study material, list of recommended texts, business games and case studies for respective courses. Faculty members and administrative staff from Bradford visit IILM to assist in the co-ordination of the courses and its delivery. There is a regular bilateral faculty and staff exchange between the School of Management, University of Bradford and IILM Undergraduate College for academic and administrative purposes.
Students are permitted to transfer to Bradford University anytime after completing first year at IILM. The University of Bradford and IILM also jointly sponsor two students from each batch for a one month visit to the University of Bradford. This gives a tremendous academic exposure to the students and fosters a sense of cross-cultural learning. Selection for this scholarship is based on merit.
